If there is a liquid bag leakage accident, please notify the cargo transportation insurance company and Shuangfan as soon as possible so that our company can deal with it in time.

 

After confirming that the cause of the accident is Shuangfan's product quality responsibility, you can claim compensation from Shuangfan, and you need to provide the following relevant information:

1. On-site photos

2. Third-party accident identification report

3. Copy of transport document

4. Delivery proof, delivery notice and other transportation certificates

5. Commercial invoice

6. A copy of the notice of claim against the carrier, including the carrier ’s response, relevant letters, etc.

7. Other reports or evidence that can prove that the cause of the accident is Shuangfan's product quality responsibility
